We buy fractional interests at a discount to proportional value, for the reasons explained plainly on our How it works page. We do not, and will never, claim to pay "full market value" for a partial interest — no honest buyer can. Every offer states its appraisal basis and reasoning in writing.

We do not contact your co-owners, family members, or anyone else about your inquiry without your explicit permission. Information you submit is used to evaluate and (if you choose) complete a purchase, and is handled per our privacy policy.
